Multilingual Solutions

Language should never be a barrier in learning.

We believe every student deserves access to engaging content—no matter what language they speak. That’s why we’ve built a best-in-class multilingual learning experience for middle and high school students.

Legacy courseware providers only offer basic text translation. We build learning experiences that meet English language learners (ELL) where they are—and take them where they want them to go.

Drive Better Results

Switching to multilingual courses led to a 46% increase in student engagement and improved academic scores.

Have Questions? We Can Answer.

How many languages do you support?

We currently offer full course translations in Spanish, Arabic, Ukrainian, and Russian across our entire online curriculum. To support multilingual learners even further, we provide features like closed captions, translated transcripts, text-to-speech (Read Aloud), real-time translation tools, and our Explain This feature—all designed to help students access and understand content in their preferred language. Our platform is built to support English language learners (ELLs) and students in bilingual or dual-language programs.

Can existing courses integrate these resources?

Absolutely. Our resources are designed to seamlessly complement and enrich your existing curriculum, providing flexible supplemental learning without disrupting your current courses.

Do I need to add new course IDs in my SIS?

These are the same standards-aligned courses, translated for accessibility, and are often considered equivalent to English-language courses under local education guidelines.

How does this support bilingual students?

Our platform supports bilingual students by offering content that strengthens both their academic knowledge and language development. With features like translated courses, captions, transcripts, and language tools, students can engage with the curriculum in both their native language and English—helping them build confidence, improve comprehension, and stay connected to their learning.

How can I preview a sample multilingual lesson?
What if you don’t offer the language my students need?

We know that multilingual education and language access are critical for student success—especially for English language learners (ELLs) and those in dual-language programs. If our online courses aren’t currently available in the language your students need, we want to hear from you. We're always looking to expand our language support and course translations. Please reach out to hollie@subject.com to tell us more about your students' needs. Your feedback helps shape the future of our platform.
